Rot, woodworm & structural resin repairs
We are a Wykamol Accredited Contractor for wet rot, dry rot and woodworm.
Structural resin repairs
Epoxy resin-bonded repair systems have been used successfully for over 20 years, both for upgrading structural timber and for repairing timbers degraded by fungal decay, insect attack or mechanical or structural failure. They have also proved successful in cosmetic repairs.
Resins are well recognised for their excellent adhesive properties, the ease with which they cure, their high mechanical strength and their resistance to chemical attack. They are waterproof and do not rot. Large structural timbers can be repaired and strengthened using epoxy resin, replacing the rotting timber with low disturbance.
